2. Licence to Use Purchased Materials

When you purchase our digital products, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the materials for your own professional or business purposes.

This licence allows you to:

  • Use the materials within your business.

  • Display diagrams on your website or social media.

  • Use materials for client education or consultations.

  • Incorporate diagrams into your own marketing or educational materials.

  • You may NOT resell the templates or diagrams, original nor edited, as a PDF document.

Our diagrams are protected by copyright and registered with the U.S Copyright Office. Unauthorised resale or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

If you have purchased the resell rights to our skincare ebook, you have a license to resell that specific product, or your edited version of it, but you may not resell the diagrams included within it as a separate product.

3. Digital Product Delivery

All products sold through this website are digital downloads.

Upon successful payment you will receive either a link to a PDF download or login details to our Kajabi platform to access and download your purchased files.

If for any reason Science Becomes Ltd is unable to continue hosting the digital products via Kajabi, you’ll be given at least 30-days notice to download all the resources.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final and non-refundable once the files have been downloaded.

If you experience technical issues with a purchase, have not received access to the products, or purchased any products in error (e.g. duplicate purchase), please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to assist you.

5. Educational Disclaimer

Our diagrams, ebooks, and educational materials are provided for informational and educational purposes only.

They are not intended to provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Please note that most of the editable digital products require a Canva Pro subscription and that any use of stock photos and/or design elements used within the templates are subject to Canva’s Terms & Conditions.

The sale of these diagrams and templates is not associated with Canva and Canva is not liable for these templates.

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where intellectual property rights may be enforced in any jurisdiction where infringement occurs.
